If you have a Digital SLR (or know what one is) but don't know an F-Stop from a Bus Stop, You need this class.
This class is designed for the novice photographer who either owns a Digital SLR or would like to very soon. Learn about digital photography and how it differs from film. Understand basic lighting concepts, shooting for sports, children, hobbies, landscapes, macro photography and more. Learn the basic photographic theories such as the rule of thirds, composition techniques, exposure compensation, white-light balance, flash photography (when and how to more effectively use and NOT use your flash), ISO sensitivity, etc. This is the Beginners class. It is the first in a 3 part series to be taken either individually or with the other two classes. It is 2 hours long with question time at the end.
Classes are limited to 8 students
Cost for SLR series classes:
- $69 for one class.
- The second class is only $49 with your ticket.
- All 3 classes prepaid are only $150.
