Digital SLR Intermediate
Moving beyond the basics, this course is for digital SLR owners looking to better understand and appreciate their camera. Topics include: Using your camera’s metering and exposure functions to more easily control how bright or dark your pictures look, fine tuning white balance for better color, selecting the right lens for the job, choosing between RAW and JPEG, and a few tips on software tools that give your pictures that special touch. Students should have attended the DSLR Beginner course or have equivalent knowledge. Session two of this class includes feedback on images you shoot in a self-directed assignment between sessions.
